Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted with the provider on February 14, 2022 beginning at 9:30 AM and ending at 10:45 AM. There were no children in the care of the provider. There was one household child present for a total of 2 points. There were two household records reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. Not all of the areas of the standards were able to be reviewed.

Based on observation, the provider had potentially poisonous substances, materials and supplies in an area that was accessible to children. Evidence: There was cleaning supplies and hygiene products on a shelf in the downstairs bathroom that were accessible to children.
Plan of Correction: The provider will remove them from the shelf and store them in the cabinet under the sink and secure it with a child proof lock.
