Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on July 20, 2023, from 11:45am to 12:41pm with the provider and one assistant. There were nine children in care with one household child in the care of the provider and assistant. The children were ages 15 months,20 months, 23 months 2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 4 and 4 years old for a total of 24 points. The children were napping on resting mats. Four children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider?s records, assistant?s record, and one household member?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider does not give medication at this time and is aware that Medication Administration Training (MAT) is required to do so. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 6/14/2023. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 4/14/2023.
