Inspector Notes
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 8/16/2024 from 9:50am to 11:15am in conjunction with a renewal inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The physical plant, programming, attendance, Provider, Assistant and Household member records, 4 children?s records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. There were no medications onsite. Children were observed watching age-appropriate video. The Provider had current certification CPR and First Aid training.
