Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 09/09/2025 and completed on 09/09/2025. The Department issued a Notice of Intent to prohibit new admissions and contact parents on 09/11/2025 as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection began at 12:51pm and ended at 2pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 119 children present and 19 staff. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
