Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 09/05/2025 and completed on 09/09/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 08/13/2025 relating to allegations of staffing and supervision. The inspector reviewed one child?s record and one staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
