Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 03/17/2026 and completed on 03/17/2026, as a part of probation. The Department issued a Special Order on 02/10/2026 to place licensee on probation and require licensee to contact parents, guardians, or other responsible persons regarding health and safety violations as a result of high-risk violations.
The on-site inspection began at 1pm and ended at 1:40pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 130 children present and 22 staff. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
