An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on August 12, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 11:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 21 The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 3 caregiver records onsite.
