Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 02/03/2022 from 10:45 am - 12:00 pm. The facility was toured and the outdoor play area and classrooms were measured for capacity. Some items observed/reviewed during the inspection included: required posted information, emergency maps and procedures, first-aid kit, emergency supplies, injury prevention plan, playground safety plan, the emergency plan, materials, equipment, surfacing, and manipulatives. A recommendation will be made for an initial six-month conditional Child Day Center license with a capacity of 38 children and an age range of three years through six years eleven months. There were no violations noted on during the inspection.
