Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on July 20, 2022 between the hours of approximately 11:48 a.m. and 12:48 p.m. Six students were in the care of three staff members during the on site inspection. Three students' records, and three staff records were reviewed and/or updated. First aid and safety equipment, posted information and available documents (attendance record, injury reports, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drills and local agency reports) were observed/reviewed. The facility was observed to be clean and supplied with a variety of age/stage appropriate play and craft materials. Program observation was completed. Activities observed included: indoor play (floor activities); lunch; clean up activities; and dismissal of students. Staff/student interactions, behavior guidance and daily routines/transitions were also observed. Staff members were observed to be positive, supportive and patient in their interactions with the students in their care. Substantial compliance with the licensing standards continues to be maintained; no violations of standards were cited.
