Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/20/2024 starting at 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. There were 20 children in care ages 3 years through 6 years old under the supervision of 4 staff. The classroom, childcare areas, supplies, and materials were observed. Transition time after lunch was observed. Lunch is brought from home. Outdoor play areas and outdoor playtime was observed.
Documentation was reviewed including three children's records, one new staff record and emergency drills.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
