Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on July 14, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 a.m. and ended at 11:00 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 15 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed one new child's record and one new staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and measurements. The additional classroom has a capacity of 15 children.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
