During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 3/2/2025 as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:10 am and ended at 11:25 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.

This inspection included document review, tour of home, interviews and observations.

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
