An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 06/20/2024 and completed on 09/09/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 06/13/2024 relating to allegations in the area of child abuse reporting and termination procedures. This inspection included :

*Document review ( children's records, written enrollment and termindation policies)
*Interviews with administrative staff.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
