An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 02/23/2026 and completed on 02/23/2026. The on-site inspection began at 11:00 am and ended at 1:10 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 96 children present and 18 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site on 02/23/2026.
