Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 08/09/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 1:00 and ended at 2:10 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 42 children present and 6 staff at nap time. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 staff and LLC records on-site. This inspection included:
? document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, medication administration logs, authorization forms),
? tour of the facility,
? interviews, and
? observations (this would include observations of photos, recordings, etc.)
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
