Inspector Notes
An initial inspection was initiated and concluded on February 18, 2022. The facility owner was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were not any children present during the onsite inspection as this is an initial inspection. During the inspection each child care room was measured, one van, the first aid kit, radio, flashlight and required postings were reviewed. Background checks were discussed. All areas of standards could not be determined because the new center has not begun operating. Areas of standards that could not be determined during the initial inspection will be determined during the first unannounced inspection after the license has been issued.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
