Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on July 13th. There were 71 children present ages two through nine years old with 12 staff. During the inspection a walking tour of the center inside and out was completed. A sampling of children and staff records were reviewed. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities including outside play, transitions, hand washing, lunch, transportation and rest period. Additionally, the fire, health inspection, emergency equipment and emergency evacuation drills were reviewed to determine if required documentation was complete. Violations regarding supervision, emergency evacuations and medication authorizations were observed, appear on the violation notice and were discussed during the exit interview at the conclusion of the inspection.
