Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was started in the center on September 13, 2023 from 11:45 AM until 12:45 PM and concluded on September 14, 2023. At the time of entrance, 46 children were in care with 6 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. Children were observed during preparing for and eating lunch.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
