Tables shall be sanitized before and after use for feeding. "Sanitized" requires the surface to be sprayed or dipped and allowed to air dry for a minimum of two minutes. Staff was observed spraying the table atter lunch with bleach water solution and then wiping the table with a paper towel. Staff did not allow the solution to air dry for two minutes.

(Repeat violation) Each center shall maintain and keep at the center a separate record for each child enrolled that contains all of the required information. The record for Child #1, enrolled for two months, was missing the address for one of the emergency contacts.
