Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 3/25/26 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/7/25 relating to allegations in the areas of building maintenance and infant feeding. This inspection included a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
