Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program.

An Initial subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and concluded on February 9, 2022. There was 1 child present with the Vendor but program has 2 children enrolled. The Vendor has complete paperwork and health documentation for both children. The Vendor has completed Preservice training and is current with First Aid/CPR training. The Vendor has a complete Emergency Preparedness Plan, Emergency supplies, materials/equipment for the children, cleaning supplies are up
out of reach and other items locked in the kitchen cabinets. A code compliance inspection was also conducted on this date.
