Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on February 18,02025 and completed on February 18, 2025. The inspection started at 10:15am and concluded at 110:00am. There was one child present and one caregiver; the point total was 2. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

1Child A had no documentation of emergency contact. Child B had no documentation of proof of birth, emergency contact, and immunization records available.
