Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 08/25/2022. There were 3 children present, ages 7 weeks ? 19 months, totaling 11 points and 1 provider present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of diseases, emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 3 children?s records, 1 caregiver record and 1 household member records were viewed. The children were observed during feeding, independent play and rest time. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: children?s records and emergency supplies. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:30 am and departed the family day home at 10:45 pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
