A unannounced annual subsidy health and safety inspection was conduced on 12?19/2022.
The vendor and her husband were present with their own 2 year old child. The vendor has lots of space and supplies for the children. No children in care at this time. Reviewed training hours and provider paperwork. No violations cited at this inspection. Discussed the apartment number for the vendor. She is in apartment 121, but is listed as living in Apartment 372 on our website. Subsidy has been contacted.
