A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on November, 21 2024 and completed on November 21, 2024. The inspection started at 10:35am and concluded at 11:14am. There were zero children present and one caregivers; the point total was zero. The inspector reviewed zero children?s records and three caregiver/household member(s) records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility,
