A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today between 1:00pm and 2:00pm. There were two children receiving care by the vendor. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, 2 children's records, and the vendor/provider's record were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. There were no violations issued during the inspection.
