Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 5/9/2024 from 1:40pm-2:00pm in response to notification received 5/7/2024 of a move. There were three children receiving care by the vendor. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, the vendor's record, and 3 household member's records were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
