Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 02/24/2022. Measurements were taken of the spaces designated for use by the children in the program. Bathrooms were inspected and the numbers of available toilets and sinks were determined. Supplies and equipment were set up and available. Emergency supplies were inspected. No children are yet in care. The playground was inspected. Poured-in-place material is used as the resilient surfacing in and under the fall zone for the large climbing structure. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
