Inspector Notes
An initial inspection was initiated and concluded on March 18, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There are currently no children enrolled, therefore there were no children present. The inspector conducted this inspection on-site, reviewing all staff & household documents during the inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Trampoline located in the back-yard will be off-limits to all children in care.

Protective covers were not use on several outlets (bathroom & electrical strip) in the areas that will be used by enrolled children.
