Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 3/4/25 and completed on 3/28/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/30/24 and 12/10/24 relating to allegations of building maintenance and supervision. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records on-site on 3/4/25 and electronically on 3/27/25. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
