An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/2/25 and completed on 10/10/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 8/28/25 relating to allegation of parent notifications. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
