Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 1:30 to 2:10 pm. The provider was present with four napping preschoolers between the ages of 16 months and 2 years. The provider reported that there were no medications on site for the daycare children and there have been no injuries/accidents. The provider first enrolled children in her licensed family day home on 7/11/22.

Based on observation and interview, it was determined that the provider is not maintaining a written record of children in attendance each day.

Based on interview, it was determined that the provider failed to maintain an up-to-date record for child A, child B, child C and Child D. Children A, B and C enrolled on 7/11/22 and child D enrolled on 7/26/22.

Based on observation and interview, it was determined that the diapering surface was not separate from surfaces used for children's activities;
