Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 22, 2023 from approximately 9:30am-11:20am. There were 49 children present at this time with 9 staff members. Children were observed participating in station activities, outside time and diapering. Four staff records and four children records were reviewed during the inspection. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities,
equipment, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
