An unannounced inspection was initiated on 08/26/2025 and completed on 08/26/2025. In response to a complaint received by the licensing office on relating to allegations of staff qualification and training and programs. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 4 staff records on-site.This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
