An announced renewal inspection was conducted on-site September 2, 2022 from 1:30 p.m. - 2:20 p.m. The owner was available during the inspection. There were 0 children present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. Two staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined violations of applicable standards.
