An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 09/24/2024 and completed on 09/26/2024. The on-site inspection on 09/24/2024 began at 9:34 a.m. and ended at 2:00 p.m. and 09/26/2024 from 2:00 p.m. ? 6:05 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 18 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Children under 10 years of age shall always be within actual sight and sound supervision of staff.
Licensing inspector observed an infant asleep in a crib in the infant room and no staff were observed in the building or infant room. Interviews were conducted and staff reported they were outside the building doing a lesson on fall leaves with the children for approximately 10-15 minutes and that they were periodically looking in the classroom where the 3-month-old child was sleeping.
