Children under 10 years of age shall always be within actual sight and sound supervision of
staff. The inspector arrived at the center at 12:15 p.m. and observed 3 staff members congregating in the parking lot. Upon entering the building, the licensing inspector inspected the Sigma classroom and observed no staff in the room with 6 children, aged 3- years-old, and napping.

Staff shall wash their hands with soap and running water after coming into contact with body fluids. A staff member in the JWW room was observed wiping multiple children?s hands and faces after snack time without washing her hands between assisting the children and then serving seconds of snacks.
