Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted May 19 2022 between 11:15am and 12:15pm. There were 2 children in the direct care of the provider. The children were observed playing and coloring. Emergency drills, child records, first aid and CPR training, Medication Administration Training, and the family child care space were reviewed and inspected. Based on document review and interview, the provider did not ensure shelter in place procedures were practiced a minimum of twice per year.
