A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on May 19 2023 between 11:15am and 12:15 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
