Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted June 20 2024 between 1:00pm and 2:00pm. There are currently no children enrolled in the home day care. The provider is licensed at a previous address, but is not currently license at the new address until all required documents have been received, reviewed, and approved. 2Evidence: While walking through the home, one of the stairs had a piece move away from the stair. The provider proceeded to place it back, but it was easily moved again.
Evidence: The emergency preparedness plan has not been updated for the new home. Items in the plan still reference the previous address and evacuation locations for that space. New information is needed for the new home.
