8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes
Inspector Notes
An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on January 18, 2024. There were (4) children in care and (#0) children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (2 ) new children?s record, vendor and household member records are current with the health and safety regulations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
