Inspector Notes

An in-person initial subsidy inspection was conducted on May 8, 2024 due to a relocation. The one level mobile home was inspected. There were no children in care, but 2 enrolled and no children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (2) children?s records and (1) adult/household member records, emergency supplies and emergency preparedness plan submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
