An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 5/17/2023 beginning at 9:20am and ending at 10:00am. There were 2 children in attendance at the time of the inspection. Required background searches, training certificates and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information/records, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed.
