Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on January 22, 2025 and completed on January 22, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:50am and ended at 10:50am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were three children present and two caregivers; the point total was eight. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and four caregiver/household member(s) records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1Staff #2, who has been actively working at the family day home for one year, did not have one out of two completed reference checks on file. One reference check was completed eight days after the employment start date.
