Inspector Notes
An initial inspection was initiated on 4/12/2022 and concluded on 4/12/2022. The 1 level apartment located on the second floor was inspected, the living room is used for the play area. Children will not have access to the apartment balcony. The apartment complex playground will be used for outside play. There were no children in care. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of personnel, physical environment, medication and emergencies .Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Violations
6Evidence: An elliptical machine was observed in the corner of the play area, a child could very easily pull the elliptical on themselves.
A wall plate located in the play area was found pulled away from the wall, exposing wires.
Cable wires were hanging from the wall in the play area which were accessible to children.
Evidence: The door to the laundry room and bathroom cabinets were found unlocked with poisonous substances and cleaning agents inside and accessible to children.
Evidence: Knives were observed in the unlocked kitchen cabinets.
Evidence: The applicant does not have a landline phone.
Evidence: The first aid kit did not contain triangular bandages.
Evidence: The applicant did not have a portable battery-operated weather band radio.
