Inspector Notes

A announced non mandate monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/25/2022 and concluded on 8/25/2022. There were no children enrolled. Provider did say she just signed a contract to be a subsidy vendor. The home was inspected, all violations from last inspection except for one was corrected. Reviewed the proper forms to be sued for children enrollment, reviewed attendance record and evacuation drill form. Consulted on posting the license closer to the front door where parents can see it and to post the last inspection report. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
