Inspector Notes
An initial inspection was conducted on April 12th, 2022 from 10:00 am - 11:30 am. There were 2 children present with 1 caregiver present. The physical plant, the first aid kit, the emergency preparedness plan, cribs, bottles, children's records and caregiver records and household member records were reviewed. Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure that the family day home shall keep a written record of children in attendance each day.
Plan of Correction: I will keep a written record of daily attendance.

Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure that the first aid kit contains all required items.
Plan of Correction: I will purchase two triangular bandages.
