Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 1, 2022. There were 8 children (27 points) with 2 caregiver's supervising. The children were observed finishing breakfast, singing songs in English and Spanish and playing with floor toys. The home, attendance logs, evacuation logs, cribs, bottles, children's records, caregiver's records, household member records, first aid kits and menu's were reviewed. 4Evidence:
Child # 1, #3 and #5's records do not contain documentation of the telephone number of each custodial parent's place of employment.
Evidence:
After changing three children's diapers, Caregiver #2 changed gloves, but did not wash her hands with soap and running water after each diaper change.
Evidence:
Based on observation, Caregiver #2 failed to wash children's hands with soap and running water after toileting/diapering.
Evidence:
Caregiver #2 did not clean and sanitize the diaper surface was not cleaned and sanitized after each use.
