Inspector Notes

An on-site initial study was conducted. Rooms are set-up with equipment a nd materials, a separate sleeping room and outside play area in the back yard.
Provider was previously licensed by the State. No children are currently in care.
Provider has been taking classes all winter and has over 25 hours of training.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
