Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 1/12/23 from 5:40pm until 6:20pm.There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. A sample of 3 children's records and 2 provider/assistant records were reviewed. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan and family day home postings were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law and no violations were issued.
